The MongolZ have officially welcomed two new players to their active roster: Zolbayar "tikuak" Chimedtseren and Dugarsuren "DarkMeister" Ireedui. The moves come as the team needed to fill positions following Ayush "mzinho" Batbold's transfer to BC.Game and Anarbileg "cobrazera" Uuganbayar being moved to the bench.
The signing of tikuak stands out as the major acquisition in this roster shuffle. The 17-year-old talent has been turning heads with his regional performances and has consistently appeared in HLTV's Prospects rankings. Over the past eight months, he represented Chinggis Warriors as their standout performer, maintaining an impressive 1.15 rating throughout his time with the squad.
During his stint with Chinggis Warriors, tikuak led the team to multiple strong finishes in regional competition, including championship victories at MESA League Season 5 and ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND Asia Open. Even when facing tougher international opposition, the young star has proven his worth. In a recent match against TYLOO at ECL S51 Asia-Pacific Cup 4, tikuak topped his team's scoreboard with a 1.21 rating despite the loss.
DarkMeister represents more of an unknown element in this equation. The 18-year-old is stepping up directly from The MongolZ Academy and has minimal competitive experience at the top level, with just seven maps recorded on HLTV.
The updated MongolZ lineup features bLitz, Techno, 910, tikuak, and DarkMeister, with maaRaa continuing as head coach.
