Iowa Stormboar roster shakeup: TyRa and Scorchyy exit the team

October 19, 20262 min read1 views

Iowa Stormboar has experienced another roster shakeup as Ty "TyRa" Aron and Brett "Scorchyy" Coolen have officially left the organization. The pair were notably absent from the team's lineup during this weekend's NSTLGA Emerald Cup 2026, confirming their departure to Dust2.us.

This latest change adds to a series of behind-the-scenes roster moves that have been quietly taking place over recent weeks. While the organization publicly announced Anthony "ayaneuu" Scheuer's transfer to EMPIRE back on September 15th, several other players have also exited without fanfare. Trial player Noah "false" Richardson was dropped from the roster, while Ukrainian players Vladyslav "Valter0k" Pukhtai and Nazar "H0NeST" Stefinko departed in late August and early September respectively.

According to TyRa's statement to Dust2.us, the organization chose to part ways with him before his contract expired, with some teammates reportedly pushing for changes in team leadership. Meanwhile, Scorchyy explained that his decision to leave stemmed from wanting to take a break from competitive play, expressing uncertainty about his future in the scene.

For the ongoing NSTLGA Emerald Cup 2026, Iowa Stormboar has filled the vacant positions with Max "Maxuel" Barutt and Dastan "T0rby" Beisenov serving as stand-ins. The current lineup features William "aelor" Africano, Valter0k, H0NeST, along with the two stand-ins, all coached by Nick "carbs" Carbonetto.
