The MongolZ Remove cobrazera from Active Roster

July 12, 20261 min read

The MongolZ have announced the benching of Anarbileg "cobrazera" Uuganbayar from their Counter-Strike roster, the organization confirmed this Sunday.

This marks the second major shift in the Mongolian squad during the current off-season, coming shortly after Ayush "mzinho" Batbold transferred to BC.Game.

cobrazera's stint with the team lasted six months. He joined at the start of 2026 from The Huns, stepping in as a replacement for Azbayar "Senzu" Munkhbold. That initial roster decision raised eyebrows across the community, as Senzu had delivered exceptional performances throughout his two-year tenure with the squad.

During his time with The MongolZ, cobrazera posted a modest 1.02 rating, significantly below Senzu's impressive 1.12 mark from 2025. The team's competitive standing reflected this decline, slipping from consistent top-five contention to hovering around the top-ten threshold. They struggled to recreate the dominant form that carried them to three straight finals appearances in late 2025 and secured them victory at the Esports World Cup.

Following these departures, The MongolZ roster now features three active players: Garidmagnai "bLitz" Byambasuren, Sodbayar "Techno" Munkhbold, and Usukhbayar "910" Banzragch. Erdenedalai "maaRaa" Bayanbat remains with the team as coach.
