Following a detailed report by HLTV's Luís "MIRAA" Mira exposing organizational issues at Passion UA, coach Tiaan "T.c" Coertzen took to social media to clarify his status. He revealed that despite no formal announcement, he has been uncontracted since June and is actively looking for new projects.
T.c spent over a year with Passion UA, initially joining when the roster was entirely Ukrainian. The organization later acquired the Complexity core four months into his tenure, reuniting him with former North American teammates.
Despite previous success, the team struggled to establish themselves at the highest level. Multiple bottom-place finishes at top-tier tournaments were offset by decent showings at regional LANs like DraculaN and Urban Riga. Their best result came at the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025, where they narrowly missed playoffs by one series in Stage 3.
After roughly half a year, the roster underwent significant changes. JT and Nicholas "nicx" Lee remained, while Michael "Grim" Wince and Håkon "hallzerk" Fjærli made way for Azbayar "Senzu" Munkhbold and Santino "try" Rigal. Performance remained inconsistent, with the team bouncing between respectable LAN results and early exits at premier events.
The roster eventually dissolved entirely, leaving T.c as the sole member without a new destination. While speculation linked him to Team Liquid alongside longtime collaborator Johnny "JT" Theodosiou, their nearly ten-year partnership appears to have concluded. Nevertheless, T.c's extensive experience across different competitive tiers and proven ability to work internationally should make him an appealing candidate for organizations seeking coaching talent.
