Tiaan "T.c" Coertzen has officially announced his availability as a free agent through social media, confirming that his contractual relationship with Passion UA ended back in June.
The announcement follows recent reports about internal struggles at Passion UA, a team that hasn't competed in an official HLTV match since prematurely ending their season in May. The organization withdrew from BC Game Masters Championship Season 2, marking an abrupt conclusion to their competitive calendar.
T.c's journey with Passion UA began in April 2025 after spending three years with Complexity. His arrival signaled a strategic shift for the organization, which had previously maintained an all-Ukrainian roster philosophy. Within six months of his appointment, the former Complexity core he had previously coached followed him to Passion UA.
The team experienced notable achievements under his leadership, claiming victory at Urban Riga Open S1 and securing top-four finishes at multiple DraculaNs events. They also reached Stage 3 of the StarLadder Budapest Major, though they fell just short of advancing to the playoffs.
However, 2026 brought disappointing results, with the squad's most significant setback being their failure to qualify for the IEM Cologne Major. T.c's tenure effectively concluded in May when Passion UA made the decision to withdraw from BC Game Masters Championship S2 and shut down their season early.
The coach is now actively seeking new opportunities in the competitive Counter-Strike scene.
