The StarLadder StarSeries Fall tournament is bringing eight elite teams to Barcelona for an action-packed Counter-Strike 2 showdown.
Four powerhouse organizations received direct invitations to the event: MOUZ, Vitality, FURIA, and Natus Vincere. The remaining four slots went to qualifier winners, with Aurora and magic emerging from the European qualifier, while MIBR claimed the South American spot and NRG secured the North American berth.
The competition structure features a double-elimination bracket with best-of-three matches throughout, building toward a best-of-five grand final. Action kicks off on Thursday with four opening matches, and the tournament will unfold over four days from September 17-20.
Teams are battling for their share of a $500,000 prize pool. The champion takes home $100,000, while the runner-up earns $65,000. Third place receives $35,000, fourth gets $20,000, and the remaining spots receive diminishing amounts down to $5,000 for seventh and eighth.
A talented broadcast crew of seven industry veterans will deliver the coverage, including James Banks, Jason O'Toole, Adam Hawthorne, Alex Hawkins, Dustin Mouret, Neo Caine, and Jonatan Lundberg.
Fans can participate in the seasonal Fantasy game through the official HLTV and Hellcase league, with premium CS2 skins up for grabs. Top prizes include Shadow Daggers Tiger Tooth for first place, an AK-47 Asiimov for second, and other valuable items for top finishers.
