The quarterfinal clash began on Dust2, chosen by Spirit, though Liquid grabbed an early 2-0 advantage following the pistol round. Georgi "Jorko" Mitev, currently ranked 28th in HLTV Prospects, clutched a 1v1 against Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov on B site during an anti-forcebuy. The 17-year-old Bulgarian AWPer stood out as Liquid's best performer, posting a 1.62 rating and +9.61% swing. Despite his efforts, Spirit's dominant CT-side performance closed out the map 13-7.
Anubis proved even more challenging for Liquid, who managed just three rounds on their CT side. Jorko delivered another crucial clutch, winning a 1v2 situation defending A site. After halftime, donk delivered a statement four-kill round defending B with dual Berettas. Spirit quickly built a 12-3 lead before Liquid mounted a brief resistance.
The final round saw Jorko in a 1v1 against donk on A site. The Bulgarian AWPer landed the first shot as donk emerged from Main, hitting his leg, but Spirit's star survived with enough health to deliver a swift headshot. Donk then completed a dramatic defuse to seal the series victory.
