Esports leaker Vladislav Gromov reports that NRG is looking to shake up its roster by bringing in Norwegian sniper Håkon Fjærli, known as hallzerk, to take over the AWP role currently held by Joshua Ohm. The insider also suggests that Jeorge Endicott could be making his way back to NRG following his exit from the team earlier in 2025.
The potential moves come after NRG's disappointing showing at IEM Cologne. Ohm struggled significantly during the Major, managing only a 0.85 rating across eight maps, extending a pattern of underwhelming performances from the American player.
Hallzerk currently finds himself benched at Passion UA as that organization faces uncertainty and roster departures. With rumors suggesting in-game leader Johnny Theodosiou may join Jonathan Jablonowski at Liquid, a move to NRG would reunite the 25-year-old Norwegian with his former Complexity teammate Michael Wince.
Regarding Endicott's potential return, he would step in for Alexander Bro, who was benched post-Major and later transferred to Eternal Fire. Endicott previously contributed to NRG's victories at ECL NA Season 49 and FRAG 18 before departing to make space for Wince's arrival.
Should these rumors materialize, NRG would field Nick Cannella, Aran Groesbeek, Michael Wince, Jeorge Endicott, and Håkon Fjærli, with Damian Steele continuing as coach.
