On Ancient, despite raisedbypixels claiming a 7-5 CT-side advantage at halftime, regain responded with an exceptional defensive performance to seal the map 13-6. The pattern repeated on Mirage, where raisedbypixels built another 7-5 halftime lead on their T-side before crumbling defensively, allowing regain to cruise to a 13-8 finish.
The second semifinal delivered considerably more drama as Club 333 edged past Overtake Sector in a full three-map battle. Club 333 opened strong on Inferno, converting a 7-5 first-half lead into a 9-5 advantage after switching sides. Overtake Sector mounted a fierce comeback to level things at 9-9, but Club 333 steadied themselves in full-buy situations to close out the map 13-9.
Mirage saw momentum swing wildly between both squads. After Club 333 grabbed an early 3-0 start, Overtake Sector fought back to tie the half 6-6. Club 333 pushed ahead with four consecutive rounds after the switch, only to watch Overtake Sector lock down their defense with seven straight rounds for a 13-8 victory, evening the series at 1-1.
The decisive map, Dust2, showcased Club 333's resilience. They stormed to a 6-1 T-side lead before Overtake Sector rallied to tie it 6-6 at halftime. Club 333 captured their sixth pistol round of the match and, despite dropping one round, leveraged their economic advantage to string together five consecutive rounds and close out Dust2 13-7.
The championship match is scheduled for July 9th, where regain will face Club 333 in a best-of-three series.
