magic have completed the signing of Vladislav "lattykk" Vydrin, who will take over AWPing duties from Abdurakhim "mo0N" Issa. The Kazakhstani player has been placed on the transfer list after seven months with the team.
The 21-year-old lattykk has been a free agent since August when 1win parted ways with their roster. Despite lacking organizational backing, his team continued competing under the Color banner and claimed victory at CCT Europe Series 8 in September, defeating Sashi in the final. During that tournament, lattykk posted an impressive 1.27 rating across eight maps, leading his squad in performance.
During mo0N's time with magic, the team experienced significant success in the VRS rankings. They secured fourth-place finishes at both PGL Astana and HLC Belgrade PRO, finished second at Stake Ranked Episode 2, and earned invitations to prestigious events including Esports World Cup and StarSeries Fall.
However, recent results have damaged the team's standing. A disappointing last-place finish at StarSeries Fall, combined with narrowly missing playoffs at FISSURE Playground 3, caused their ranking to drop. Their third-place showing at 1win Private Club Season 1 has left them outside the invitation zone for PGL Major Singapore.
The roster still has opportunities to qualify through upcoming tournaments, including 1win Private Club Season 2 (October 19-22, where lattykk will make his debut) and Stake Ranked Episode 5.
