Erik 'fl0m' Flom has unveiled the roster of teams invited to compete at the iBUYPOWER Masters FML 2026 tournament. The competition will bring together Liquid, M80, and NRG among other top squads for a $30,000 North American LAN event. Six North American organizations will face off against two South American contenders at the HyperX Esports Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, scheduled for September 25th through 27th.
Team selections were determined using the July Valve Regional Standings update, which placed M80 at the summit as North America's premier squad. Joining the heavyweight lineup of M80, Liquid, and NRG are Voca, Wildcard, and Chicken Coop. The final NA slot went to Chicken Coop, who edged out Marsborne while benefiting from Passion UA's recent dissolution.
Representing South America will be Argentina's leading team BESTIA alongside DENDELE. The latter squad turned heads at BLAST Bounty Summer 2026 with a surprising victory over FURIA.
Liquid's participation marks a significant development, as this represents their first appearance at a North American domestic tournament in several years. The organization hasn't competed in an NA-focused event outside those organized by ESL, DreamHack, or BLAST since iBUYPOWER Masters IV back in 2019.
The complete eight-team lineup includes M80, Wildcard, Liquid, NRG, Voca, Chicken Coop, DENDELE, and BESTIA, all set to battle for supremacy in Nevada this fall.
