FURIA have clinched the second playoff berth for BLAST Open Porto following a decisive victory over M80 across two maps, taking Cache 16-13 and Dust2 13-5.
The Brazilian-majority roster owes their success primarily to star player Kaike "KSCERATO" Cerato, who delivered an extraordinary showing. On the opening map Cache, he posted a remarkable 1.86 rating, finishing with 32 eliminations, 99.9 average damage per round, and contributed a positive 6.51% round swing during the overtime thriller. His performance significantly outpaced his nearest teammate Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis by 0.79 rating points.
When asked about his stellar performance in a broadcast interview, KSCERATO attributed his success to a simple change: "I just changed my crosshair. I'm definitely keeping this one for Porto."
The second map proved far more straightforward for the Brazilian squad. While Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo delivered a critical 1vs2 clutch that gave FURIA early momentum, KSCERATO once again topped the scoreboard. His terrorist side was particularly dominant, achieving a 2.27 rating while winning all five opening duels and securing four multikills. This commanding performance helped FURIA cruise to a comfortable 13-5 finish, booking their ticket to the playoffs in style.
