Despite fighting through multiple overtimes, G2 eventually prevailed through superior mental strength.
The Mirage decider exposed Aurora's fragility. After winning the pistol round but losing a crucial Deagle buy, the team went silent. "Nobody was really making any plans," Jimpphat admitted. "It was so quiet." G2 steamrolled them with full confidence while Aurora never found their footing.
The former MOUZ player identified mentality as Aurora's biggest enemy. "We cannot let our mental slip this easily," he emphasized. "This is the next thing we really need to figure out and sort it out, because it's holding us back a lot."
Despite the painful exit, Jimpphat remains optimistic about the roster's potential. He praised IGL kyxsan's calling and enjoys more individual freedom compared to his MOUZ days. The integration of three Turkish players has progressed smoothly, with language barriers proving minimal.
Regarding the team's ceiling, Jimpphat sees promise in the individual talent but refuses to set concrete timelines. "We can definitely be one of the contenders at some moment, but we still need time," he said. First, however, Aurora must conquer their mental demons before they can challenge the elite.
