Felipe 'insani' Yuji has decided to remain on MIBR's roster, rejecting an opportunity to join Legacy, according to Dust2 Brasil.
The Brazilian player's contract with MIBR runs through December, and while the organization has offered him a contract extension, insani hasn't signed the new deal yet. Legacy had approached him as a potential replacement for Vinicius 'n1ssim' Pereira, who was moved to the bench after Legacy's disappointing IEM Cologne Major performance.
Even if Legacy had managed to persuade insani to make the switch, MIBR would have made the transfer extremely difficult, sources indicate. Legacy must now explore alternative options to fill n1ssim's spot on the active lineup.
Meanwhile, MIBR faces its own roster challenge. The team needs to find a permanent replacement for Klimentii 'kl1m' Krivosheev, the Russian sniper who recently completed his loan spell and returned to G2. kl1m is currently listed as available for transfer.
Brazilian AWPer Lucas 'nqz' Soares has emerged as a potential target for MIBR. The paiN Gaming player stepped away from competition citing personal reasons, with Rafael 'saffee' Costa taking over his role. Another candidate on MIBR's radar is Santino 'try' Rigal from Passion UA, whose organization has indicated all players are available for offers.
