Luminosity Gaming has shown interest in purchasing four players from the Monte CS2 lineup, according to reports from HLTV.org.
The organization is not planning to acquire the entire roster, as Jack 'Gizmy' von Spreckelsen is already in discussions with another club, though the specific organization has not been disclosed. In addition to the Monte players, Legacy member Lucas 'lux' Menegini may join the team. Interestingly, the initial plan was to build the roster around lux himself.
Previous rumors suggested that both Luminosity Gaming and TSM were interested in acquiring the Team 3DMAX roster.
Back in April 2026, news emerged that Luminosity Gaming was exploring opportunities to sign a CS2 roster. The organization's owner, Steve 'Buyaka' Maida, confirmed the organization's interest in returning to the discipline through social media posts.
