The Norwegian organization made bold moves in the break, bringing in Ludvig "Brollan" Brolin and Antonio "MartinezSa" Martinez to fill the spots left by Yasin "xfl0ud" Koç and Simon "yxngstxr" Boije. Additionally, HEROIC promoted Joonas "doto" Forss from their academy setup to take over head coaching duties.
Veteran player Linus "nilo" Bergman emerged as the standout performer in Barcelona, posting an impressive 1.19 rating while guiding his squad through the eight-team double-elimination bracket without dropping a single series.
"This is a more fitted team, so to speak," in-game leader Christoffer "Chr1zN" Storgaard explained following the finals. "The roles fit, and that is going to do a lot.
