B8 delivered a dominant performance throughout the qualifier, dropping only a single map across four consecutive matches. Their path to qualification saw them advance to the upper bracket final, where they faced Nuclear TigeRES. The matchup ended decisively in B8's favor with a clean 2-0 victory, sending the Russian roster down to the lower bracket final. Nuclear TigeRES attempted to fight their way back but ultimately fell short, failing to secure a tournament spot.
HEROIC took a different route to qualification after Eternal Fire sent them to the lower bracket earlier in the competition. Despite the setback, the team leveraged their status as favorites to overcome their opposition with a commanding 2-0 scoreline. Ludvig "Brollan" Brolin proved instrumental in HEROIC's success, posting an impressive 1.38 rating that powered his squad into the main event.
The main tournament is scheduled to take place from November 2-8 and will feature a substantial $1.25 million prize pool. With the qualifier now complete, all participating teams for the Chinese event have been confirmed.
