G2 Esports has officially revealed a significant roster adjustment for their Counter-Strike 2 lineup. The organization has brought in Artem r1nkle Moroz to fill the AWPer position, with the announcement made through the team's social media channels.
Moroz steps in to replace Alvaro SunPayus Garcia, who was previously benched by the organization. Before joining G2, r1nkle competed for Ninjas in Pyjamas until April 2026, when he was also moved to the inactive roster. Garcia's future destination remains unclear at this time.
The new signing will make his debut for G2 Esports at BLAST Bounty Summer 2026, a tournament structured in two phases. The online stage runs from July 21-26, where 32 teams will compete for eight spots in the LAN finals. The final stage will take place in Malta from July 30 to August 2.
