FlyQuest RED have confirmed the permanent addition of Wrenna "Stx" Trampel to their roster, bringing the experienced Shimmer in-game leader aboard after approximately one month as a stand-in. Stx steps into the vacancy created by Marie "marie" Sørensen's departure earlier this month following a visa denial, simultaneously assuming the IGL responsibilities for the team.
The new recruit arrives with substantial credentials from her tenure with Shimmer, a squad that previously competed against FlyQuest RED in the ESL Impact circuit before its discontinuation. Throughout her time with Shimmer, Stx led her team to notably stronger results than FlyQuest RED achieved in the Impact landscape, including impressive playoff performances that culminated in two top-four placements at ESL Impact League Season 7 and Season 8 Finals.
Stx's arrival marks a reunion with Lydia "Fawx" Dalton, her former Shimmer AWPer teammate. This roster move comes as FlyQuest RED continue searching for momentum in mixed competition, having failed to register a legitimate series victory on HLTV throughout this year, aside from a forfeit win against Money Crew in February.
The revamped FlyQuest RED lineup features Vivienne "BiBiAhn" Quach, Emma "Emy" Choe, Vanessa "vanessa" Gideon, Lydia "Fawx" Dalton, and Wrenna "Stx" Trampel, with Alan "Shakezullah" Hardeman coaching.
Currently holding a 2-2 standing in ESEA Advanced Season 59, FlyQuest RED are set to face Old Meta on October 20th in their upcoming fixture.
