ESL has revealed the list of invited teams for Pro League Season 24, which will take place in Katowice, Poland, running from October 3rd through 11th.
A dozen teams received direct invitations to the tournament, and every squad invited through the VRS rankings has confirmed their participation. The top five teams in the current VRS standings will all compete at the event, including Spirit, Falcons, 9z, MOUZ, and Vitality.
Additional invited teams include G2, FURIA, and the revamped Aurora roster, rounding out the twelve-team invitation list.
These invited squads will be joined by four teams that earned their spots through regional qualification: TYLOO, M80, 1win, and ShindeN all won their respective ESL Challenger League Finals to secure their places at the tournament.
The competition format begins with a Swiss-style group stage, followed by an eight-team playoff bracket. The playoffs are scheduled to take place at the iconic Spodek Arena from October 9th to 11th, where the champion will be crowned.
