Brollan leaves MOUZ after two and a half years

July 8, 20262 min read

MOUZ has officially announced the departure of Swedish player Ludvig 'Brollan' Brolin after spending two and a half years with the organization.

Brollan's status with the team became uncertain when he was unexpectedly benched to make room for Justinas 'jL' Lekavicius on loan and promote Adrian 'xelex' Vincze. This move came just six weeks before the season's conclusion.

Despite sitting out two tournaments, Brollan returned to compete at the Major and expressed hope to continue with MOUZ even as his contract approached its expiration date. However, the organization has chosen to move in a different direction.

The Swedish rifler initially joined MOUZ on loan from Ninjas in Pyjamas in early 2024, with the transfer becoming permanent midway through the year. In a surprising development at the start of 2025, he took on the in-game leading role after the team parted ways with Kamil 'siuhy' Szkaradek just weeks into the new season.

Under Brollan's leadership, MOUZ achieved remarkable consistency, reaching playoffs at seventeen consecutive events and establishing themselves among the world's elite teams. However, their performance declined as 2026 progressed, culminating in their first group stage elimination at BLAST Open Rotterdam.

Following this setback, Dorian 'xertioN' Berman assumed the in-game leader position, and Brollan briefly returned to his former roles before ultimately being removed from the roster.

The current MOUZ lineup features Ádám 'torzsi' Torzsás, Dorian 'xertioN' Berman, Lotan 'Spinx' Giladi, Adrian 'xelex' Vincze, and coach Dennis 'sycrone' Nielsen.
