The BLAST Bounty Season 2 Finals concluded with MOUZ dominating the competition, and Lotan "Spinx" Giladi finally achieving a career milestone by winning his first-ever MVP award. The four-time Top 20 player didn't hold back in the grand final against Spirit, delivering his three best performances on Championship Sunday.
"I've been close a couple of times, so I'm happy I managed to win one," Spinx commented after the victory. "I always wanted to have just one in my career." Now that he's checked off this career goal, the focus shifts to maintaining this level of play with the revamped MOUZ roster.
While Spinx took home the MVP, Ádám "torzsi" Torzsás earned the EVP recognition after an impressive tournament run. Coming into the event after averaging just a 1.02 rating over three months, torzsi bounced back spectacularly with a 1.48 rating online and 1.22 on LAN. His standout performance included a massive 39-frag display on Nuke against 3DMAX, making him the clear MVP frontrunner until a quieter final allowed Spinx to edge ahead.
The resurgence of torzsi proved instrumental in MOUZ capturing their first trophy in a year and a half, particularly after his break and working with new coach Oldřich "PR" Nový.
Several players came close to recognition, including Adrian "xelex" Vincze with a stellar Mirage showing in the final, and Danil "donk" Kryshkovets, who couldn't maintain his blistering 1.76-rated start against Liquid through the later rounds.
The All-Star team features three MOUZ players: torzsi, Spinx, and in-game leader Dorian "xertioN" Berman, alongside donk as opener and Ryan "Neityu" Aubry as anchor, who posted a 1.06 KPRW and exceeded positional expectations on CT side.
