BC.Game Secure Pulse Beat III Spot After Eight Qualifier Attempts

September 17, 20262 min read

After enduring seven failed qualifier campaigns, BC.Game have finally cracked the code by winning the second Open Qualifier for Stake Pulse Beat III. This victory comes as sweet redemption following yesterday's shocking upset, where the squad fell to XCity, a team ranked 325th globally, in an early bracket of the first qualifier.

BC.Game's journey through today's qualifier began with comfortable best-of-one victories against lower-tier opposition. Their first genuine challenge emerged in the quarterfinals versus BRUTE, where Azbayar "Senzu" Munkhbold delivered an impressive performance with 18 frags and a 1.54 FACEIT Rating in a 13-8 triumph.

The semifinal proved considerably tighter, as BC.Game narrowly edged past Phantom, a Polish-Danish roster ranked 66th worldwide. The match went down to the wire on Inferno, with BC.Game scraping through 13-11 thanks to another stellar showing from Senzu, who dropped 25 kills.

The grand final presented a best-of-three clash against Sashi. Despite dropping the opening map on Inferno 16-14 in overtime, BC.Game regrouped brilliantly. They dominated Dust2 13-6 before replicating that scoreline on Ancient to seal a 2-1 series victory.

While the path to qualification wasn't entirely smooth for such a talented roster, BC.Game have secured their ticket to the $80,000 Stake Pulse Beat III. The tournament features heavyweight organizations including Astralis, Liquid, 100 Thieves, MIBR, HEROIC, fnatic, Ninjas in Pyjamas, and thirteen other squads.

The competition launches on October 12th.
