3DMAX has officially announced the benching of Pierre "Ex3rcice" Bulinge from their Counter-Strike roster, marking another significant change for the struggling French squad.
The 26-year-old player represented one of the final two remaining members from the legendary 2021 DBL PONEY lineup. That original squad later joined HEET in 2022 before ultimately signing with 3DMAX near the end of 2023.
This roster adjustment marks the second major change to the active lineup in 2025. Back in February, the team replaced Alexandre "bodyy" Pianaro with Kévin "misutaaa" Rabier in an attempt to revitalize their performance.
The decision comes during a particularly challenging stretch for the French organization. Currently sitting at 30th position in the Valve Regional Standings, 3DMAX failed to qualify for the IEM Cologne Major. Their early tournament exits at IEM Krakow, PGL Cluj-Napoca, and ESL Pro League Season 23 contributed to their disappointing start to the year.
The team is expected to reveal Ex3rcice's replacement shortly, as they prepare to compete in China at the XSE Pro League tournament. The prestigious event features a massive $1 million prize pool and takes place at the end of June.
The remaining active roster includes Bryan "Maka" Canda, Lucas "Lucky" Chastang, Kévin "misutaaa" Rabier, and Filip "Graviti" Brankovic, with Damien "wasiNk" Dufour continuing as coach.
