MIBR has confirmed the departure of Breno "brnz4n" Poletto, closing the chapter on a lengthy collaboration that spanned half a decade. The 23-year-old player was initially moved to the bench this past August when Tomas "tomaszin" Corna joined the active roster.
brnz4n's journey with MIBR started in 2021 when he signed with the organization's academy division. His strong performances caught the attention of management, earning him a promotion to the main squad in mid-2022. He stepped in to fill the void left by departing AWPer Adriano "WOOD7" Cerato and quickly established himself as a flexible player capable of adapting to various roles.
His tenure wasn't without turbulence. Late in 2024, he found himself temporarily sidelined as Lucas "Lucaozy" Neves took his spot. However, brnz4n bounced back early the following year, reclaiming his position until tomaszin's recent arrival pushed him out once more.
During his time wearing the MIBR jersey, brnz4n collected multiple regional championships and achieved respectable results on the international stage. His highlight trophy came at ESL Challenger Melbourne 2024. The Brazilian also competed at three Major tournaments with MIBR, with his strongest showing occurring at the BLAST.tv Austin Major. There, MIBR eliminated both Falcons and BETBOOM before falling just short of advancing to Stage 3.
