AWPing in-game leader Brock "brawckzz" Chase made public the departure of his Counter-Strike 2 lineup from Unreal Nightmare organization on October 14th through a social media post on X.
Speaking to Dust2.us, brawckzz explained that the split occurred due to recent roster instability and mutual reluctance from both the organization and players to pursue a long-term partnership.
Prior to the organizational separation, the team had already made roster adjustments by removing James "Jachro" Brooks before competing at FRAG University. The squad participated in the tournament with Canadian player Ludovic "SarkasM" Kozakevich filling the vacant spot. Their run in Syracuse ended with a 7th-8th place finish after suffering defeats against NRG and Without a Roof during the double-elimination playoff bracket.
The former Unreal Nightmare players will now compete under the banner Sup, bringing in Matthew "swayu" Norton to complete their five-man roster.
The Sup lineup features Brock "brawckzz" Chase, Simon "Sharpie" Taylor, Jake "j3nni" Jennison, Ryan "Roo" Watts, and Matthew "swayu" Norton, with "Foxec" serving as coach.
