Falcons have secured the services of star AWPer Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov through a multi-year contract extension running until 2030, the organization revealed on Monday.
The Russian talent made headlines when he joined the Saudi-backed squad in April 2025, and he's been delivering exceptional performances ever since, posting an impressive 1.29 rating during his time with the team.
While m0NESY's individual numbers have been outstanding, the 21-year-old had to wait before claiming his first trophy with Falcons. That drought ended in spectacular fashion at the IEM Cologne Major in June, where he not only lifted the championship but also earned MVP honors thanks to his phenomenal showing throughout the tournament.
With m0NESY now locked in for the long haul, Falcons can focus on their upcoming challenges, including defending their Major title in Singapore. The team will first compete at the Thunderpick World Championship starting October 14, followed by IEM Beijing, both serving as crucial preparation ahead of the Major.
