Counter-Strike 2 players can now express their creativity by decorating the C4 bomb with stickers. This customization feature was introduced by Valve in their September 22, 2026 update, bringing the same level of personalization previously reserved for weapons to the iconic explosive device.
The new option was quietly included in the miscellaneous section of the official patch notes, arriving alongside the Rush Hour update. This major patch also brought Rush mode to the game, revamped Premier map selection mechanics, and added a silent reload feature.
Applying stickers to the bomb is straightforward. Players need to navigate to their inventory and locate the C4 using the Equipment and Misc filters. After selecting the bomb, they can choose the Apply Sticker option, pick their desired sticker from available inventory items, and customize its placement and rotation through a preview interface before confirming.
The C4 supports up to five stickers total, including placements on the back of the model. Players can rotate the bomb during customization to precisely position each sticker where they want it.
One important consideration: while stickers can be scraped or removed from the C4 just like weapon stickers, removal permanently destroys them. Removed stickers won't return to your inventory for reuse on other items, so careful preview checking is recommended before finalizing any customization choices.
This feature adds another layer of personalization to Counter-Strike 2, allowing players to showcase their style even with the objective-critical equipment.
