The second semifinal saw SportsBetExpert face LAG in a rematch of the FRAG St. Louis grand final. On LAG's Inferno pick, SBE surged to an 8-1 lead before LAG narrowed it to 8-4. LAG tied the score in the second half, forcing overtime through chaotic back-and-forth play. After trading rounds through two overtime periods, SBE claimed the map 19-17 with a crucial final T-side round.
SportsBetExpert's Mirage pick saw them race to a 5-1 start and maintain a 7-5 halftime lead. They closed out the map confidently 13-6 in the second half. Ian "motm" Hardy starred for SBE with 56 kills, 29 deaths, 105.5 ADR, and a 1.71 rating across the semifinal.
